4. Step 4 — Bulk production and inspection. Production ships within 30 days after sample approval. A QC team of 8 people inspects 100 percent of the bags before packing.
5. Step 5 — Shipping and payment balance. Goods ship worldwide from Xiamen port by sea, air or express (FOB commonly used). The remaining 70 percent is due before delivery.
