A peptide case is a rigid case with a die-cut foam insert that holds every vial in its own slot, so 10 ml peptide vials or essential-oil bottles stay upright and separated in transit. This line covers 21 of the 96 models we manufacture, from 9-slot pen cases to 35-slot and 56-slot organiser cases.
Why the insert matters: retention is the whole point. The foam is die-cut per vial diameter and count, so a 10 ml vial, a 3 ml vial and a 15 ml oil bottle can share one case in separate slots. If your vial format changes later, the foam is re-cut — the shell is not re-moulded.
What can be changed: insert layout, slot depth, shell shape and colour, logo (silk screen, heat transfer or label), handle and zipper pull. MOQ is 50 pieces per model; larger or more complex models go up to 5000 pieces. Unit prices in this line run from US$0.98 to US$18.
Where the boundary is: this line organises and protects vials — it does not cool them. If your product needs temperature control, the insulin cooler range with gel packs is the right line, not this one.

For 10 ml peptide vials and essential-oil bottles, the deciding factor is usually how firmly each vial is held. EVA with a cut foam insert keeps vials vertical and separated; softer alternatives let them move.

Where EVA is not the answer
An EVA case is heavier than a nylon organiser and it needs a die per layout, so a single-unit order is not economic. If you are shipping one-off sample kits, a soft organiser will usually be cheaper and faster.
This line also does not provide cooling. If the contents need to stay inside a temperature range, foam alone cannot do it — you need the insulin cooler range with gel packs.

The five steps below describe a standard OEM/ODM project. How to start depends only on how complete your specification is — a photo and a quantity are enough for a first quote.
- Step 1 — Send your requirement. Share a drawing, a reference sample or photos with target quantity and destination. You get a quotation and the exact MOQ back within 24 hours.
- Step 2 — Confirm price, MOQ and artwork. We fix the unit price for your quantity, cut the foam layout and confirm logo artwork. A 30 percent deposit starts production.
- Step 3 — Approve a pre-production sample. A sample is produced within 5 days. Nothing goes to bulk until you sign off on material, colour and foam fit.
- Step 4 — Bulk production and inspection. Production ships within 30 days after sample approval. A QC team of 8 people inspects 100 percent of the bags before packing.
- Step 5 — Shipping and payment balance. Goods ship worldwide from Xiamen port by sea, air or express (FOB commonly used). The remaining 70 percent is due before delivery.
